CWP × Wrike Integration: Connecting Workflows to Delivery
Chronos Workflow Platform now exchanges data with Wrike in both directions: starting Wrike processes from CWP and sending job data and files, built with no code and no middleware.

The two-way message exchange between the Chronos Workflow Platform (CWP) and Wrike has been successfully implemented. CWP and Wrike can now talk to each other directly, in a no-code way, so teams keep their process data flowing between the two systems without manual re-entry or a separate integration layer.

What the integration does

- Data from jobs running in CWP, and the files attached to them, can be transferred to Wrike.

- The CWP Web Service can start Wrike processes directly from CWP.

- Data can be transferred to the Wrike processes that were started.

- Data can also be carried into the next step of the process.

No intermediate layer needed

The integration was built for a client that already used a CWP–n8n integration. A direct connection was not originally planned; an n8n intermediate layer was expected. Because CWP is a no-code platform from the outset, that layer was not needed: Wrike's interfaces were developed directly inside CWP, without coding, and quickly.

A platform, not just a workflow tool

This shows one of CWP's important advantages. It is suited not only to creating workflows: integrations with external systems can also be built independently, without development. No separate tools and no extra logins are involved, so teams keep working inside the processes they already know.

Good to know

The integration relies on Wrike's own service and API, which is operated and hosted by Wrike, not by Chronos Systems. Using it requires an active Wrike subscription alongside the standard CWP license.
